Send me your requirements via the contact me page and I will let you know if your chosen the bunting is available for the date of your wedding or event.
To confirm your booking, a deposit will be required. This will be refunded after your event when the bunting is returned to me by the agreed date without damage. If the bunting is damaged during hire, the cost of repair will be taken from the deposit, and the remainder returned to you. For an order of 50m or less, £50 deposit will be required. For an order of 50m or more, £100 will be required. This should be paid (by cheque or bank transfer) If you cancel your booking, the deposit is refundable if I can rehire the bunting.
The balance hire charge should be paid by bank transfer or cheque one month prior to your event and I will contact you to make arrangements for delivery/collection.
Bunting is normally hired for a four day period. I usually arrange delivery for a Thursday or Friday and ask that the bunting is back with me by the following Tuesday, subject to availability and bank holidays. If you need the bunting for a different time period, I’m happy to accommodate, just let me know what you need and we’ll go from there!
I offer a local pick up/drop off service to clients within the Altrincham/Hale/Bowdon area but also can arrange national (UK) delivery via Royal Mail or Parcel Force guaranteed next day delivery – prices dependent on how much bunting is hired. You need to return the bunting to me in the postage bag provided using the details I give you. Return postage is included in the delivery price.
The bunting will be sent with basic instructions on how to put it up. If you ask your Marquee Company or venue nicely, they may put it up for you. The bunting comes folded and packed so will be ready to put up straight away when you receive it. You can tie bunting to poles, fences or use pegs. You could also use cable ties or white string. You may use drawing pins, but only inside where it can’t rain and cause rust! Please do not use glue, staples, blue tack or sticky tape, to attach the bunting as this can damage the bunting and you may lose your deposit. If the bunting gets rained on, please let me know so I can make sure it’s washed in time for the next booking. I ask that you do not launder the bunting yourself.
